Cooking with kids: Veggie Pizza



• 2 cans of crescent rolls
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• Ranch dressing mix
• Tomatoes
• Cucumber
• Carrots
• Bell Peppers
• Broccoli
• Any other type of veggie you would prefer


Preheat oven to 375°F.

Unroll both cans of crescent roll dough; separate dough into 4 long rectangles. In ungreased pan, place dough and press in bottom and up sides to form crust.

Bake 13 to 17 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.

In mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream and ranch dressing mix until smooth. Spread over crust. Top with vegetables. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before serving.


Kids can help by pating down the dough into the pan, stiring the cream cheese mixture, and decorating the top of the pizza with the veggies.
